摘要 船用仪表电缆具有芯线量大、敷设与端接前后测试频繁等特点,常规仪表无法快速、准确完成导通测试与绝缘测试。文章提出了一套基于主控MCU与从控MCU架构的船用多芯仪表电缆测试系统,能准确、快速地完成仪表电缆功能性测试,系统操作简单、运行稳定,具有较高的应用前景。 The cable of the ship instrument has the characteristics of large core amount,frequent installation and testing before and after termination,and the conventional instrument can not quickly and accurately complete the on-on test and the insulation test.In this paper,a set of ship multi-core instrument cable test system based on master control MCU and slave control MCU architecture is proposed,which can accurately and quickly complete the functional test of the instrument cable.The system has the advantages of simple operation,stable operation and high application prospect.
