个人极端暴力犯罪具有突发性、不确定性、手段极其残暴等特点,很难防控。文章基于大数据技术,综合源头治理、风险识别、监测预警和快速处置,开展个人极端暴力犯罪立体防控与打击处置的技术和机制研究,实现对个人极端暴力犯罪的主动防控,对于推动社会管理方式的创新以及维护社会的安全、稳定,具有极其重要的社会意义和现实意义。

Individual extreme violence crime is characterized by sudden,uncertain and cruel means,which is difficult to prevent and control.This paper based on big data technology,comprehensive source control,risk identification,monitoring,early warning and rapid disposal,carry out research on the technology and mechanism of multidimensional prevention and control of individual extreme violence crime,and realize active prevention and control of individual extreme violence crime.It is of great social significance and practical significance for promoting the innovation of social management mode and maintaining social security and stability.
