从马克思主义及中国特色社会主义理论体系中把握当前精准扶贫工作与乡村振兴的内在逻辑,阐述“全面”乡村振兴与“集中”精准扶贫、“长期”乡村振兴与“阶段”精准扶贫、“主动”乡村振兴与“被动”精准扶贫分别对应唯物辩证法对立统一规律、质量互变规律、否定之否定规律的哲学逻辑。最后指出精准扶贫背景下乡村振兴的路径选择:科学编制贫困乡村功能空间规划;党建引领观念转变;产业发展向纵深拓展;公共服务向市场化推进。

It grasped the inherent logic of the current Precise Poverty Alleviation work and Rural Revitalization in this paper from the theoretical system of Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics,and further expounded the"comprehensive"Rural Revitalization and"concentration"Precision Poverty Alleviation,"long-term"Rural Revitalization and"stage"Precision Poverty Alleviation,the"active"Rural Revitalization and the"passive"Precision Poverty Alleviation correspond to the philosophical logic of the materialist dialectic,the law of the unity of opposites,the law of mutual change of quality,and the negation of negation.Finally,it pointed out the path choice of Rural Revitalization under the background of Precise Poverty Alleviation,that is scientifically compiling the functional spatial planning of poor rural areas,Party building leads the transformation of concepts,industrial development is expanding in depth,public services are advancing to market.
