Standing in a new era under the new historical position,based on the importance of"Three Rural Issues"in this paper,it analyzed the New Era of agriculture and rural development which is not sufficient,the contradiction of unbalanced,and explored the"agriculture,countryside and farmers"development path,promoted the development of agriculture.It is in favor of rural areas to build the beautiful countryside,Rural Revitalization,and provides theoretical support and practical support.
