摘要
目的探讨Teach back健康教育模式对口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的择期行口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术患者90例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施Teach back健康教育模式干预,比较两组健康素养评分、自我感受负担(SPBS)评分及(SF-36)生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组信息获取能力、交流互动能力、感受健康意愿能力、经济支持能力均高于对照组(P <0. 05);身体负担、情感负担均低于对照组(P <0. 05),两组经济负担比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组患者生理职能、机体功能、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康及总体健康评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论Teach back健康教育模式能够提高口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术患者的健康素养和生活质量,减轻自我感受负担,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of Teach back health education model in patients with free flap transplantation of oral and maxillofacial region. Methods To select 90 cases of patients who underwent elective free flap transplantation of oral and maxillofacial region in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group implemented the Teach back health education model intervention to compare the health literacy score,self-perceived burden scale( SPBS) score,and quality of life( SF-36) score between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the observation group’s ability to acquire information,communication and interaction ability,ability to feel aspiration of healthy,and financial support were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The physical and emotional burdens were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in economic burden between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The scores of physiological role,physiological function,vitality,social function,emotional role,mental health and general health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Teach back health education model could improve the health literacy and quality of life of patients with free flap transplantation of oral and maxillofacial region,and reduce the burden of self-perception,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
