矮小症患儿应用PedsQL多维疲乏量表信度和效度研究

Study on reliability and validity of applying the PedsQL multidimensional fatigue scale in children patients with dwarfism

目的探讨PedsQL多维疲乏量表应用在矮小症患儿中的信度和效度研究。方法选取2017年1月至2019年9月本院收治的矮小症患儿103例作为研究组,另选取同时间段的125例非矮小症患儿作为对照组,采用PedsQL多维疲乏量表分析儿童及其监护人疲乏程度,研究该量表信度、效度、可行性。结果 PedsQL多维疲乏量表中自评量表各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0. 70~0. 80;代评量表各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0. 75~0. 87;量表中重测信度ICC值均大于0. 9以上;自评和代评量表中各条目与其所属维度具有较强的相关性,而与其他维度相关性较弱;验证因子指标中自评量表χ~2/df=2. 62,拟合指数CFI、TLI、NFI、RFI、IFI分别为0. 93、0. 92、0. 89、0. 87、0. 93,RMSEA为0. 056;家长代评量表χ~2/df=3. 12,拟合指数CFI、TLI、NFI、RFI、IFI分别为0. 94、0. 92、0. 91. 0. 89、0. 94,RMSEA为0. 064,符合测量学标准。结论 PedsQL多维疲乏量表可有效评估儿童及其监护人的疲乏程度,且具有良好的信效度和可行性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of applying the PedsQL multidimensional fatigue scale in children patients with dwarfism.Methods To select 103 cases of children patients with dwarfism who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 as the study group.Another 125 cases of children patients with non-dwarfism during the same period were selected as the control group. The fatigue degree of children and children’ guardian were analyzed by using the PedsQL multidimensional fatigue scale to study the reliability,validity and feasibility of the scale. Results The Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension of the self-assessment scale in the PedsQL multidimensional fatigue scale was 0. 70 ~ 0. 80;the Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension of the sub-assessment scale was also 0. 75 ~ 0. 87. The ICC values of the retesting reliability in the scale were all above 0. 9. Each item in the self-assessment and sub-assessment scales had a strong correlation with the their dimension,but has a weak correlation with other dimensions. The self-assessment scale in the indicator of validation factor χ~2/df = 2. 62,the fitting indexes such as CFI,TLI,NFI,RFI,and IFI respectively were 0. 93,0. 92,0. 89,0. 87,and 0. 93,and the RMSEA was 0. 056;the parental sub-assessment scale χ~2/df = 3. 12,the fitting indexes such as CFI,TLI,NFI,RFI,and IFI respectively were 0. 94,0. 92,0. 91,0. 89,and 0. 94,and the RMSEA was 0. 064,which met the measurement standards. Conclusion The PedsQL multidimensional fatigue scale could effectively assess the fatigue of children and their guardians,and it had a good reliability and validity. Therefore,it has higher clinical application value.
