抗阻训练联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常的效果

Effect of resistance training combined with amiodarone treatment for acute myocardial infarction with combined ventricular arrhythmias

目的探讨抗阻训练联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常的疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月收治的72例急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予胺碘酮药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合实施抗阻训练,比较两组患者接受不同干预模式后心功能、运动耐量改善效果。结果干预3个月后,研究组患者6MWT,LVEF,LVEDD指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者运动耐量各项指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常患者在胺碘酮药物治疗基础上,联合实施抗阻训练,可有效改善患者心功能,缓解胸部不适症状,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of resistance training combined with amiodarone treatment for acute myocardial infarction with combined ventricular arrhythmias. Methods To select 72 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction with combined ventricular arrhythmia who were treated from June 2017 to June 2019 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group was given amiodarone drug treatment,and the study group was given resistance training on the basis of the control group. The improvement effects of cardiac function and exercise tolerance were compared after receiving different intervention modes between the two groups. Results After 3 monthes intervention,the indexes of 6 MWT,LVEF and LVEDD in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05). The indexes of exercise tolerance in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The application of combined with resistance training on the basis of amiodarone medication in patients with acute myocardial infarction with combined ventricular arrhythmias could effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function,relieve chest discomfort and have clinical promotion value.
