前置化功能锻炼联合萧氏双C护理在腰椎内固定术后患者中的效果观察

Effect observation of pre-functional exercise combined with Xiao’s double C nursing in patients after lumbar vertebrae internal fixation

目的探讨前置化功能锻炼联合萧氏双C护理在腰椎内固定术后患者中的效果观察。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月收入我院治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用前置化功能锻炼联合萧氏双C护理。比较两组患者功能恢复情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组腰椎前屈活动度、直腿抬高实验角度、腰椎稳定性以及日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组失眠、压力性损伤、持续下腰痛总发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施前置化功能锻炼联合萧氏双C护理干预,可有效改善运动功能,降低术后并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect observation of pre-functional exercise combined with Xiao’s double C nursing in patients after lumbar vertebrae internal fixation. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing,the observation group used pre-functional exercise combined with Xiao’s double C nursing. The functional recovery and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of mobility of lumbar vertebrae anteflection,angle of straight leg elevation experiment,stability of lumbar vertebrae,and activities of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the overall incidences of insomnia,stress injuries,and persistent lower back pain in the observation group were lower than those the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of pre-functional exercise combined with Xiao’s double C nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation could effectively improve motor function and reduce the risk of postoperative complications. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
