风险警示录在辅助生殖技术中心不良事件管理中的应用效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of risk warning record on management of adverse event in assisted reproductive technology center

目的探讨辅助生殖技术中心不良事件管理中应用风险警示录的效果评价。方法回顾性选取辅助生殖中心2017年5月至2019年5月收治的90例患者作为研究对象,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组实施风险警示录护理管理,比较两组不良事件发生率。结果试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在辅助生殖技术中心中应用风险警示录可减少不良事件的发生,提高生殖中心整体的质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness evaluation of risk warning record on management of adverse event in assisted reproductive technology center. Methods To select retrospectively 90 cases of patients admitted to the assisted reproductive center from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects. The control group implemented a routine nursing management,the study group implemented a nursing management of risk warning record,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying risk warning records in assisted reproductive technology centers could reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the overall quality of reproductive centers.
