基于地理国情监测数据的城区居住适宜度分析

Analysis of Urban Housing Suitability Based on Geographical National Monitoring Data

居住适宜度是现代人们最关心的问题之一,提高城市居民的居住适宜度是实现城市稳定发展、提高人民生活质量的有效途径。利用基础性地理国情监测的数据成果,从公园和广场距离影响度、学校距离影响度、主干路距离影响度3个方面进行分析,分别计算各个方面对居住适宜度的影响度,然后对各个方面的数据进行叠置分析,根据各条件的系数及所分配的权重计算城区的居住适宜度,并得出分析结论。

Living habitability is one of the most concerned issues for modern people. Improving urban residents’ housing suitability is an effective way to achieve stable urban development,residents’ happy life,and improve people’s quality of life. Based on the results of basic geographic national conditions monitoring,the impacts of the distance between the park and the plaza,the influence of the school distance,and the distance of the main road distance were analyzed to calculate the degree of influence of each aspect on the housing suitability,and then the data is analyzed by overlay analysis,and the urban housing suitability is calculated according to the coefficients of each condition and the assigned weights,and the analysis conclusion is drawn.
