雏鹰黑猪与确山黑猪血液生理指标及其与生产性能的相关性分析 被引量:2

Correlation between blood physiological indexes and production performance in Chuying Black Pig and Queshan Black Pig

摘要 为了解雏鹰黑猪与确山黑猪两品种间血液生理指标差异,并探索其与生产性能的相关性,为寻找显著关联胴体性状和肌肉品质的关键血液指标,研发新型育种技术提供理论依据。本研究选择雏鹰黑猪15头(101.60±6.96)kg和确山黑猪9头(105.50±6.54)kg进行了血液生理指标、胴体性状和肌肉品质测定比较及相关性分析。结果显示:与确山黑猪相比,雏鹰黑猪瘦肉率显著高于确山黑猪(P<0.05),脂肪率、背膘厚、肉色、大理石纹和肌内脂肪显著低于确山黑猪(P<0.05);血液指标方面,雏鹰黑猪的RDW和MCHC极显著高于确山黑猪(P<0.01),HGB、PDW显著低于确山黑猪(P<0.05),性别对血液生理指标无显著影响(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,雏鹰黑猪和确山黑猪HGB指标与瘦肉率及肉色呈显著正相关(P<0.05),HCT指标与脂肪率、大理石纹评分、肌内脂肪含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),PLT指标与眼肌面积呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。本试验结果表明:HGB与瘦肉率、肉色,HCT与脂肪率、大理石纹评分、肌内脂肪含量,PLT与眼肌面积之间呈显著正相关。 The aim of this study was to understand the difference of blood physiological indexes between Chuying Black Pig and Queshan Black Pig,to explore their correlation with production performance,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new breeding techniques by finding the key blood indicators that are significantly associated with carcass traits and muscle quality.Fifteen Chuying Black Pigs(101.60±6.96)kg and nine Queshan Black Pigs(105.50±6.54)kg were used to measure and correlate their blood physiological parameters,carcass traits and meat quality traits.The results showed that,lean meat percentage of Chuying Black Pig was significantly higher than that of the Queshan Black Pig(P<0.05),while the fat percentage,back fat thickness,meat color,marbling score and intramuscular fat content of Chuying Black Pig were significantly lower than those of the Queshan Black Pig(P<0.05).For blood indicators,the red cell volume distribution width(RDW)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)of Chuying Black Pig were significantly higher than those of the Queshan Black Pigs(P<0.01).Besides,the hemoglobin(HGB)and platelet distribution width(PDW)of Chuying Black Pig were significantly lower than those of the Queshan Black Pig(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in blood physiological indicators between the boar and the sow(P>0.05).The correlation analyses showed that HGB of Chuying Black Pig and Queshan Black Pig was significantly positively correlated with lean meat percentage and meat color(P<0.05),and HCT was significantly positively correlated with fat percentage,marbling score and intramuscular fat content(P<0.05),PLT was significantly positively correlated with loin eye muscle area(P<0.05).In conclusion,HGB was found to be significantly positively correlated with lean meat percentage and meat color.There was a significant positive correlation between HCT and dressing percentage,marbling score and intramuscular fat content.PLT was positively correlated with loin eye muscle area.
