摘要
环己基苯是一种高沸点的有机渗透剂和溶剂,也是重要的有机合成中间物质;同时环己基苯也被广泛应用于化工领域,如电池电解液添加剂等.通过苯/环己烯烷基化反应生成环己基苯是一种好的策略.本文采用多种Brønsted和Lewis酸作为催化剂,对苯/环己烯制备环己基苯的烷基化反应进行了系统的研究,同时对反应温度、反应时间以及反应物原料比等工艺条件进行优化.试验结果表明,采用无水AlCl3催化合成环己基苯的收率可高达90%.
Cyclohexylbenzene can be used as the high-boiling organic penetrant and solvent and an important intermediate in organic synthesis;and cyclohexylbenzene also is widely used in the chemical industry,such as the additive battery electrolytes.Alkylation of benzene/cyclohexene is good strategy to generate cyclohexylbenzene.In this paper,the alkylation reaction of benzene and cyclohexene was carried out to produce cyclohexylbenzene,and a variety of Brønsted and Lewis acid catalysts were investigated in detail.Meanwhile,the reaction conditions,involving reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of benzene/cyclohexene,were systematically optimized.The results showed that as high as 90% yield of cyclohexylbenzene could be achieved catalyzed by anhydrous AlCl3 under optimal conditions.
