General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should face the difficulties and correctly handle the relationship between ecological protection and economic development.Yueyang City is the bridgehead for the implementation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy in Hunan and a new growth pole of Hunan to extend in all directions.The key to the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is to carry out special rectification of the Dongting Lake water environment,strengthen the protection along the river along the lake,promote ecological re-greening along the river,optimize the Yueyang industrial layout,promote the construction of the national regional central city,and accelerate Kinetic energy conversion.
