摘要
烧碱装置氢气压缩机支撑环、活塞环和气阀等运动部件使用寿命短,容易导致大量氢气排空,检修频繁,造成巨额经济损失,存在重大安全风险.本文通过拆检压缩机损坏部件,分析出故障原因:一是氢气中碱液滴和碱垢加速了支撑环、填料环等磨损速度,二是气阀设计工况和实际工况不匹配,导致气阀弹簧磨损易断裂.最后提出了改进措施,实施后氢气压缩机故障再无发生,运行周期延长至12个月以上.
Due to the short service life of the supporting ring,piston ring,air valve and other moving parts of the hydrogen compressor in caustic soda plant,a large amount of hydrogen is emptied and the maintenance is frequent,resulting in huge economic losses and significant safety risks.Through the inspection of damaged parts of the compressor,the fault reasons are analyzed.Firstly,the wear rate of support ring and packing ring is accelerated by alkali droplets and alkali scale in hydrogen.Secondly,the design working condition of the air valve is not matched with the actual working condition,which leads to the wear and fracture of the air valve spring.Finally,the implementation,the failure rate of hydrogen compressor is reduced to 0,and the operation period is extended to more than 12 months.
