In order to actively face international trade frictions and respond to the country's One Belt and One Road strategy for going global,Zhongce Rubber Group started to establish a new manufacturing base in Rayong,Thailand in September 2014.As the main participant of the project,the author briefly explains the opportunities and challenges faced by the international project throughout its implementation.
