摘要 为抑制大功率电动机车驱动电机电枢反应的影响,结合车辆单向驱动的特性,设计了一种不对称偏心气隙结构,仅磁场增强处采用偏心气隙。通过有限元与冻结磁导率法分析得出,该结构可显著抑制电枢反应引起的气隙磁密与反电动势畸变,削弱转矩脉动,提升转矩输出能力及效率。联合仿真与样机实验结果表明,该结构电机具有较宽的调速范围和良好的调速性能,验证了其有效性和可行性。 In order to suppress the influence of armature reaction of the drive motor for high-power electric motorcycle, an asymmetric air gap structure was designed based on the characteristics of unidirectional drive, and the eccentric air gap was only utilized in the strengthened magnetic field. It was shown that the structure can significantly suppress the distortion of air gap magnetic density and back EMF caused by the armature reaction, weaken the torque ripple, improve the torque output capability and efficiency by finite element analysis and frozen permeability method. The results of co-simulation and prototype test show that the motor had a wide speed range and good speed regulation performance, which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed motor.
