摘要
紫玉糯是一个新育成的中籼黑糯品种,由云南省西双版纳傣族自治州地方品种接骨糯的变异株系选育成。介绍了紫玉糯的选育过程、品种的特性及利用价值。该品种黑色素含量为95.5%、直链淀粉含量1.9%、碱消值6.1级;其色泽、气味和口味等均达到一等黑籼糯米标准;黑米色素和蛋白质含量均达到二等黑籼糯米标准;富含有益微量元素,具有较高的营养价值,其中钙、铁、锌和硒含量分别为138、13.55、16.2和0.096 mg/kg。该品种于2016年通过江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定(赣审稻2016015),作为优异高档黑糯米酒和米粥及饮料的原料,越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。
Ziyunuo is a middle season black glutinous indica rice variety,which was selected and cultivated from variants of the old local variety Jiegunuo collected from Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture of Yunnan Province.Melanin content was 95.5%.The amylose content was 1.9%.The grade of alkali elimination value was 6.1.Its color,smell,taste reached the first-class standard of black glutinous indica rice.Pigment of black rice and protein content reached the second-class standard of black glutinous Indica rice.The contents of calcium,iron,zinc and selenium are 138 mg/kg,13.55 mg/kg,16.2 mg/kg,0.096 mg/kg,respectively.It had higher nutritive value.It was certified for release by Jiangxi Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2016(Ganshendao 2016015).It is more and more favored by the consumer as material of black sticky rice wine,black sticky rice porridge and black sticky rice drink.
