摘要
介绍了机器人转盘铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:(1)采用平做平浇工艺,一箱2件造型,采用封闭式浇注系统,选用70/140目人造硅砂打印砂型;(2)将铸件的主体结构带在3D打印砂型的主体芯上,型腔中清砂困难的部位开清砂窗粘芯,在完成清砂、流涂操作后,将清砂窗粘芯粘接在清砂窗上;(3)采用75SiFe进行孕育处理,加入REMg球化剂,冲入法球化处理。经检测,铸件尺寸、金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求。
The structure and technical requirements of robot turntable castings was introduced.The production process of the casting was described in detail:(1)Horizontally molding and pouring process was adopted,2 castings was made per mold,pressurized gating system was used,the mold was printed by using 70/140 mesh artificial silica sand.(2)The main structure part of the casting was formed in the main core of the 3D-printing sand mold,cleaning window was set at the location with cleaning difficulty,and the sticky core was to be cohered into the cleaning window after cleaning,flow coating operation being finished.(3)Inoculation was conducted by using 75SiFe,the nodularizing treatment was conducted by using pouring-over process and REMg alloy.The inspection results showed that the casting dimensions,metallurgical structure and mechanical properties met technical requirements.
