介绍了球墨铸铁生产中铁液的处理方法,指出优质的原铁液是生产优质、高端球墨铸铁的基础。在生产中不仅要求铁液温度高、化学成分稳定,还要严格控制干扰球化和影响珠光体体积分数的元素。详细阐述了纯Mg或纯Mg+RE压入法、纯Mg GF转包法、钝化颗粒Mg喷吹法球化处理工艺、喂线球化处理工艺、REMg合金包底冲入法、盖包球化处理工艺以及球化剂的选用,还介绍了孕育剂的选用、加入量以及孕育处理工艺,并叙述了各种球化处理工艺及孕育处理工艺在生产控制过程中的注意事项及参考数据。最后指出:球墨铸铁应用广泛,而选用适当的原辅材料和合理的处理方法,以及相应的球化处理及孕育处理设备,是生产高质量球墨铸铁的关键所在。
The iron liquid treating methods in nodular iron production were introduced.It was pointed out that high quality raw iron liquid was the base to produce high quality and high end nodular iron.It was not just required in the production,that the temperature of iron liquid to be high,chemical compositions to be stable,and it was also required that to control strictly the nodularization-disturbing elements and pearlite volume influencing elements.Detailed descriptions were made to the pure Mg or pure Mg+RE plunging nodularizing process,pure Mg GF rotative ladle process,passivated Mg particle blowing nodularizing process,cored wire injection nodularizing process,REMg alloy pour-over process,tundish ladle nodularizing process,as well as,the selection of nodularizing agent(alloy).An introduction was made to the selection of the inoculants,adding amount of inoculants and inoculation process,as well as,the matters needing attention in the production process for various nodularizing processes and inoculating processes and corresponding reference data were described.Finally,it was pointed out that nodular iron was widely used,however selecting appropriate raw and auxiliary materials and reasonable treatment methods and corresponding nodularizing equipment and inoculating equipment was the key to the production of high quality nodular iron.
