6缸缸盖铸件的铸造工艺优化

摘要 介绍了6V5缸盖铸件的结构及技术要求,针对长期使用平浇工艺生产铸件出现的问题进行工艺优化:采用将进气道向下放置、排气道向上放置的立浇工艺,一型4件。生产结果显示:经过多批次的试生产,铸件的表面较光滑,无粘砂、夹渣、气孔、砂孔等缺陷,铸件解剖后,内部壁厚均匀,且各项力学性能均符合技术要求;与采用平浇工艺生产的铸件相比,立浇工艺在生产效率、工艺出品率、原砂消耗和废品率等方面具有非常明显的优势,综合成本比平浇工艺低700元/t左右,废品率控制在5%以内。 The structure and technical requirements of 6V5 cylinder head castings were introduced.The process was optimized according to the problems of long-term use of flat casting process for castings:the vertical pouring process of placing the inlet channel downwards and the exhaust channel upwards and one type four pieces.The production results showed that after multiple batches of trial production,the surface of the casting was smooth,without defects such as sticky sand,slag inclusion,pores,sand holes.After the casting was dissected,the internal wall thickness was uniform and the mechanical properties met the technical requirements.Compared with flat casting process,the vertical casting process had obvious advantages in terms of production efficiency,process yield,raw sand consumption and scrap rate.Overall cost was about 700 yuan/t lower and the scrap rate was controlled within 5%.
