摘要
介绍了生产中经常面对的2个问题:S和O在铸铁中的作用以及w(Mn)量的控制。从铸铁的结晶、凝固和石墨生核所依附的异质晶核、灰铸铁中石墨的晶核、球墨铸铁中石墨的晶核以及球墨铸铁中石墨的生核条件等方面,说明了S和O在铸铁中的作用及控制。通过对比灰铸铁中的Mn和球墨铸铁中的Mn的作用,给出了不同球墨铸铁件中w(Mn)量的控制范围及注意事项。最后指出:铸造工艺人员应正确认识S、O及Mn存在的利弊,根据工厂及铸件的实际情况对其进行控制。
Two problems often faced in production was introduced:the function of S and O in cast iron and the control of Mn content.The function and control of S and O in cast iron were explained from the aspects of heterogeneous nucleus attached to by the cast iron crystallization,solidification and graphite nucleation,graphite nucleus in gray iron,graphite nucleus in nodular iron and nucleation conditions of graphite in nodular iron.By comparing the effects of Mn in gray iron and Mn in nodular iron,the control range and matters needing attention of Mn content in different nodular iron castings were given.Conclusion was obtained:casting technologists should correctly understand the advantages and disadvantages of S,O and Mn,and control them according to the actual situation of factories and castings.
