肺腺癌中同源盒蛋白SIX-6和基质金属蛋白酶-14的表达及预后意义

Expression and prognostic significance of homeobox protein SIX-6 and matrix metalloproteinase-14 in lung adenocarcinoma

目的观察肺腺癌中同源盒蛋白SIX-6(SIX-6)和基质金属蛋白酶-14(MMP-14)的表达,分析其临床意义。方法以85例肺腺癌患者作为观察组,以42例肺微浸润性腺癌作为对照组1,以42例肺原位腺癌作为对照组2,以42例正常肺组织作为对照组3。应用免疫组化二步法检测四组中SIX-6和MMP-14的表达。结果四组中SIX-6和MMP-14的表达差别有统计学意义,观察组中SIX-6和MMP-14的表达与病理形态、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关,SIX-6的表达与增殖指数、肺膜累犯相关,MMP-14的表达与肿瘤的最大径相关。SIX-6和MMP-14呈正相关性。生存分析显示SIX-6和MMP-14的表达与生存时间相关。SIX-6和MMP-14的表达与预后有关。结论肺腺癌中SIX-6和MMP-14表达升高与肿瘤的形成和进展有关,二者有一定的相关性。联合检测二者的表达对判断预后可能有一定价值。

Objective To detect the expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 in lung adenocarcinoma,and to analyze their clinical significance and prognostic value.Methods 85 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were collected as the observation group,42 microinvasive lung adenocarcinoma were collected as the control group 1,42 cases of in situ adenocarcinoma were collected as the control group 2,and 42 normal lung tissue were collected as the control group 3.The expression of SIX-6 and MMP-14 were detected by IHC in the four groups.Results The expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 were statistical significance in the four groups.The expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 were correlated with pathological morphology,vascular infiltration,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in the observation group.The expression of SIX-6 was correlated with proliferation index and pulmonary recidivism,and the expression of MMP-14 was correlated with maximum diameter.Positive correlation was found between SIX-6 and MMP-14 by linear analysis.The expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 were related with survival time by survival analyse.Conclusion Higher expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 are correlated with formation and progression.SIX-6 and MMP-14 have positive correlation,and the expressions of SIX-6 and MMP-14 are correlated with prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma.
