摘要
针对某煤化工污水处理站生化单元出现污泥膨胀,严重影响生化系统运行的问题,通过现状调查和运行分析,认为长期进水有机负荷偏低、污泥老化、营养盐投加比例失调及曝气过量等原因,导致污泥沉降性能变差,产生污泥膨胀。以改善污泥结构及沉降性能为切入点,结合现场考察,采取降低污泥浓度及缩短泥龄、适当加大磷盐投加比例、降低溶解氧含量等措施,一定程度上改善了污泥的性状和沉降性能,缓解了污泥进一步膨胀。
In view of the problem of sludge bulking in biochemical unit of a coal chemical wastewater treatment station which seriously affect biochemical system operation,current status investigation and operation analysis were carried out,it was considered that,low organic load condition for long-term,long sludge retention time,unbalanced proportion of nutrient salt and excessive aeration were the reasons of sludge performance deterioration,which caused sludge bulking finally.In order to improve the structure and sedimentation performance of sludge,combining with the site inspection,some measures such as:decreasing sludge concentration,shortening SRT,appropriately increasing phosphate dosage,reducing dissolved oxygen concentration,and so on,were adopted,and then,the sludge characteristics and sedimentation performance were improved,and the sludge bulking was remitted also.
