钼粉二段还原过程能耗组成分析

摘要 联系实际生产对ELINO还原炉在钼粉二段还原过程中各部分能耗的分类、计算,得出ELINO还原炉的能源消耗各部分的占比情况是:反应过程消耗热量为8.07%,二氧化钼升温消耗的热量为3.38%,料舟升温所消耗热量为3.42%,过量反应气体带走的热量为32.68%,炉体散热带走的热量为0.92%,燃烧废气带走的热量为51.53%。 By classifying and calculating the energy consumption of ELINO reduction furnace in the process of molybdenum powder reduction,in the second stage reduction process of molybdenum powder,the proportion of energy consumption of ELINO reduction furnace is as follow:the heat consumption in the reaction process is 8.07%,the heat consumption of molybdenum dioxide heating is 3.38%,and the heat consumption of the boat heating is3.42%,the excess heat taken away by the reactive gas is 32.68%,the heat taken away by the furnace heat sink is 0.92%,and the heat taken away by the combustion exhaust gas is 51.53%.
