摘要
目的观察镜像视觉反馈疗法(MVF)结合综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者上肢功能和认知功能的效果。方法收集2019年1-6月在该院就诊的脑卒中并发上肢偏瘫患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复治疗和肌电生物反馈治疗,观察组在此基础上加用MVF。治疗前和治疗4周后,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和简易精神量表(MMSE)进行评价。结果治疗后,两组患者FMA和ADL评分均明显提升,且观察组均明显高于对照组[(45.101±15.312)分vs.(34.733±18.675)分,(69.567±16.930)分vs.(58.633±20.464)分,均P<0.05]。对照组治疗前后MMSE评分无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组治疗后明显提升(P<0.05)。结论MVF结合综合康复治疗可以明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢功能和认知功能障碍。
Objective To observe the effects of mirror visual feedback(MVF)therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on upper limbs function and cognition function in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with upper limbs hemiplegia after stroke in the hospital from January to June 2019 were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation and electromyographic biofeedback therapy,while the experimental group was additionally treated with MVF therapy.Before and 4 weeks after treatment,the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale(FMA),the activity of daily living scale(ADL),and the minimum mental state examination(MMSE)were used to evaluate upper limb function and cognitive function.Results After treatment,the scores of FMA and ADL in both groups were significantly increased,and the scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group[(45.101±15.312)points vs.(34.733±18.675)points,(69.567±16.930)points vs.(58.633±20.464)points,all P<0.05].No significant change of MMSE score was found in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),whereas a significant increase of MMSE score was observed in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The MVF therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the upper limbs function and alleviate cognitive dysfunction in patients with stroke complicated with hemiplegia.
