米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果观察

Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gestrinone on Endometriosis

目的:探讨米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:将48例子宫内膜异位症患者纳入单药组24例、联合组24例。单药组使用孕三烯酮单药治疗,联合组使用米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗,比较各组患者总有效率、血清性激素水平、症状评分。结果:单药组患者总有效率为83.33%,联合组则为100.00%,各数据间比较有意义(P<0.05)。联合组FSH、LH、P、E2等血清性激素水平明显优于单药组,各数据间比较有意义(P<0.05)。单药组患者硬结、盆腔触痛、盆腔痛和性交痛、痛经等症状评分略差于联合组,各数据间比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜异位症患者中,米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗模式,不仅可提高患者总有效率,还可改善血清性激素水平及症状评分。

Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:48 casespatients with endometriosis were randomly divided into single drug group(24 cases)and combined group(24 cases).The single drug group was treated with gestrinone and the combined group was treated with mifepristone and gestrinone.The total effective rate,serum sex hormone level and symptom score of each group were compared.Results:The total effective rate of single drug group was 83.33%,and that of combined group was 100.00%.The data were significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of FSH,LH,P and E2 in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the single drug group,and the data were significant(P<0.05).The scores of sclerosis,pelvic tenderness,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain and dysmenorrhea in the single drug group were slightly lower than those in the combined group,and the data were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with gestrinone can not only improve the total effective rate of patients with endometriosis,but also improve the level of serum sex hormone and symptom score.
