布地奈德混悬液与丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗小儿喘息性疾病的疗效比较 被引量:1

Comparison of the Efficacy of Budesonide Suspension and Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol in the Treatment of Children with Wheezing Disease

摘要 目的:比较布地奈德混悬液与丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗小儿喘息性疾病的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月就诊于我院门诊的100例喘息性疾病患儿,治疗组、对照组各50例。治疗组采用布地奈德混悬液治疗,对照组采用丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗。比较两组患儿症状消失及门诊治疗时间、肺功能指标。结果:治疗组的咳嗽、喘鸣音、喘息消失时间及门诊治疗时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1~6个月后,治疗组的用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液与丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂均可治疗小儿喘息性疾病,但布地奈德混悬液可更快缓解病症,缩短门诊治疗时间,改善肺功能,利于患儿康复。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of budesonide suspension and fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol in the treatment of children with wheezing disease.Methods:A total of 100 children with asthmatic disease who were admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018,2016,were selected from the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with budesonide suspension,and the control group was treated with fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol.The symptoms disappeared in the two groups and the time of outpatient treatment and lung function were compared.Results:The cough,wheezing,wheezing disappearance time and outpatient treatment time of the treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC)of the treatment group after 1-6 months of treatment the forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC levels in one second were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both budesonide suspension and fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol can treat children with wheezing disease,but budesonide suspension can relieve symptoms faster,shorten outpatient treatment time,improve lung function and help children recover.
