中药炮制对中药饮片疗效的价值体会

The Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing on the Curative Effect of Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces

目的:探讨中药炮制对中药饮片疗效的价值体会。方法:选择从2017年8月至2018年8月收治的中药饮片治疗患者150例为本次研究工作对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照1组(50例)、对照2组(50例)、研究组(50例),分别使用水处理前分档炮制方法、炮制前分档炮制方法、水处理前分档炮制联合炮制前分档炮制方法,比较三组的临床治疗效果。结果:对照1组与对照2组的治疗总有效率比较无明显差异性(P>0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。结论:给予中药饮片治疗过程中,结合中药饮片炮制实况,落实开展水处理前分档炮制联合炮制前分档炮制方法,可以提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine processing to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.Methods:150 patients treated with Chinese herbal pieces from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group 1(50 cases),control group 2(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the method of random number table,and the three groups were compared with each other by using the methods of processing in different stages before water treatment,processing in different stages before processing and processing in combination before water treatment The results of clinical treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,combined with the actual processing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,the implementation of the method of processing in different stages before water treatment combined with processing in different stages before processing can improve the clinical treatment effect.
