超声引导下利多卡因和地塞米松注射治疗肩袖损伤的疗效评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究超声引导下利多卡因和地塞米松注射治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法:将医院2016.01—2018.01间收治的50例肩袖损伤患者纳为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组(超声引导下药物注射治疗,n=25)与对照组(传统理疗,n=25),观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组肩部疼痛程度在术前、术后即刻、术后1周及术后2周均呈依次下降趋势(P<0.05),且观察组术前、术后即刻、术后1周及术后2周肩部疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前、术后1周及2周肩关节功能均呈依次上升趋势(P<0.05),且观察组患者术后1周及2周肩关节功能均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下利多卡因和地塞米松注射能有效提高药物注射准确率,在短时间内有效缓解肩袖损伤患者肩部疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。 Objective:To study the efficacy of ultrasound-guided injection of lidocaine and dexamethasone in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:50 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were included in the study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(ultrasound-guided drug injection therapy,n=25)and control group(traditional physiotherapy,n=25).The treatmenteffects were observed in the two groups.Results:The degree of shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of shoulder joint function in the observation group was increased in the first week,the second week and the first week after the operation(P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group were 1 week after the operation The function of shoulder joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided injection of lidocaine and dexamethasone can effectively improve the accuracy rate of drug injection,effectively relieve the shoulder pain degree in a short time and improve the treatment effects of patients with rotator cuff injury.
