摘要 为解决船舶焊接工艺知识缺乏有效管理及可重用性不足等问题,提出了一种基于本体的船舶焊接工艺知识图谱构建方法。首先,基于船舶焊接工艺内容凝练船舶焊接工艺知识,建立焊接工艺知识本体,并基于三阶张量三元组方法提取实体及概念间语义关系;其次,根据所获取的实体及其语义关系构建焊接工艺知识图谱,并建立本体与知识图谱的映射机制;最后,为避免概念共同属性的重复存储,采用考虑层级的表结构模型完成焊接工艺知识的存储。在此基础上,设计和开发了船舶焊接工艺知识管理系统,实现了知识图谱对焊接工艺知识的表达和语义检索,验证了船舶焊接工艺知识图谱构建方法的合理性。 In order to solve the problems of the lack of effective management and reusability of ship welding procedure knowledge,a method based on ontology for ship welding procedure knowledge graph is proposed.Firstly,based on the ship welding procedure content,the ship welding procedure knowledge is condensed,the welding procedure knowledge ontology is established,and the semantic relationship extraction between entities and concepts is completed based on the third-order tensor triplet method.Secondly,the welding procedure knowledge graph is constructed according to the acquired entity and its semantic relationship,and a graph mechanism between ontology and knowledge graph is established;Finally,in order to avoid the repeated storage of the common attributes of the concept,the welding procedure knowledge is stored by considering the hierarchical table structure model.On this basis,the ship welding procedure knowledge management system is designed and developed,and the knowledge graph is used to realize the expression and semantic retrieval of the welding process knowledge,and the rationality of the ship welding procedure knowledge graph construction method is verified.
