摘要
采用三水平五因素有交互的正交实验对Q345NQR2耐候钢板件CMT缝焊参数进行优化。采用三维扫描仪扫描18组焊接实验10个典型位置,分析变形量得到最优焊接参数为:送丝速度7.0 m/min,焊接速度0.42 m/min,焊接间隙1.5 mm,送气速度18 L/min,弧长修正0%;采用直观极差和方差分析法分析焊接各因素及交互效应对变形量的影响,结果表明,焊接间隙及送丝速度与焊接速度的交互效应是影响Q345NQR2耐候钢板CMT缝焊变形的关键因素,通过调节送丝速度、焊接速度和焊接间隙可以有效控制Q345NQR2耐候钢板件焊接变形。
The CMT seam welding parameters of Q345NQR2 weathering steel sheet are optimized by three-level five-factor interactive orthogonal experiments.Ten typical positions of 18 groups of experiments were scanned by a three-dimensional scanner,and the optimal welding parameters were obtained by deformation analysis.The effects of welding factors and interaction effects on deformation were analyzed by visual range and variance analysis method.The result shows that the welding gap and the interaction between wire feed rate and welding speed are the key factors affecting CMT seam welding deformation of Q345NQR2 weathering steel sheets.The welding deformation of Q345NQR2 weathering steel sheets can be effectively controlled by adjusting wire feed rate,welding speed and welding gap.
