摘要
常规酸化解堵技术存在重复酸化井达不到预期效果、酸化有效期越来越短、作业次数频繁的问题,因此,建议在生产中应用大功率超声波解堵技术。大功率超声波解堵技术已在多家油田得以大量应用,工艺设备作业简单,不会对油层产生二次伤害,可有效解除油层堵塞。现场应用中,其解堵工艺成功率高达100%,措施有效率达85%以上,单井平均有效期达180 d以上,增产增注效果显著。
For conventional acidification,there are problems such as repeated acidification wells failing to achieve the desired effect,shorter and shorter acidification period,and frequent operation times.Therefore,a high-power ultrasonic formation damage removal technique is applied.Been widely used in many oilfields,this technology is simple in operation.It will not cause secondary damage to the oil layer,and it can effectively relieve the oil blockage.The operating success rate is 100% and the efficiency is over 85%,average effective period of single well is more than 180 d.It can significantly increase production and injection.
