我国体育院校公共艺术教育的“不平衡不充分”及其破解路径——基于14所体育院校的实证调查

Phenomenon of “Unbalance and Inadequacy” in Sport Colleges’ Public Art Education in China and the Solutions ——Based on Empirical Investigation in 14 Sport Colleges

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中明确指出,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会的主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。艺术教育作为衡量一个社会、一个民族发展的重要指标,破解其发展中的不平衡不充分现象,是主动回应人民群众对高等教育的新期待。本文运用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对我国独立建制的14所体育院校公共艺术教育现状进行调查,找到体育院校公共艺术教育的不平衡不充分现象,并提出破解路径:构建公共艺术体制机制,破解公共艺术教育需求的不平衡不充分;加大公共艺术教育物质文化建设,破解公共艺术教育场地和经费建设的不平衡不充分;构建公共艺术教育实践育人平台,破解学生的公共艺术素养的不平衡不充分;拓展公共艺术教育课程体系,破解公共艺术课程设置的不平衡不充分;把传统艺术文化融入学校艺术教育全过程,破解公共艺术氛围营造的不平衡不充分。

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out: as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved. What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life. Art education as an important indicator to measure the development of a society and a nation, deserve our efforts to breaks the phenomenon of unbalance and inadequacy in its development, so as to actively respond to people’s new expectations for higher education. Using literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods, this paper investigates the current situation of public art education in 14 independent sport colleges around China, finds out the unbalanced and inadequate phenomenon of public art education in sport colleges, and proposes solutions regarding to the phenomenon: structuring the public art system and mechanism, solves the imperfect mechanism as well as the unbalanced and inadequate demand in public art education;increasing the public art education input and cultural development, solves the unbalanced and inadequate venues as well as funding in public art education;setting the public art educational stage for practicing, solves the unbalanced and inadequate public art literacy of students;expanding the public art education curriculum system, solves the unbalanced and inadequate public art course setting;merging traditional artistic culture into school art education, solves the unbalanced and inadequate atmosphere of public art.
