四川省高校休闲体育专业发展现状分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation of the Development of Leisure Sports in Universities in Sichuan Province

通过对四川省高校休闲体育专业的发展现状进行调查分析,发现四川省高校休闲体育总体发展势头良好,但发展水平还有待提升。主要存在以下几个问题:(1)专业发展理念相对滞后;(2)专业人才培养体系缺乏特色;(3)大学生创新创业能力相对不足;(4)专业师资水平相对薄弱。并提出以下对策:(1)更新专业发展理念,创新专业办学思路;(2)完善人才培养体系,提高专业办学特色;(3)转变人才培养导向,强化创新创业能力;(4)重视师资队伍建设,提升专业教学水平。

Through the investigation and analysis of the development of leisure sports in Colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, it is found that the overall development momentum of leisure sports in Colleges and universities in Sichuan Province is good, but the development level needs to be improved. The main problems are as follows:(1) the concept of professional development is relatively backward;(2) the training system of professional talents is lack of characteristics;(3) the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is relatively insufficient;(4) the level of professional teachers is relatively weak. And put forward the following countermeasures:(1) update the concept of professional development, innovative ideas of professional education;(2) improve the talent training system, improve the characteristics of professional education;(3) change the orientation of talent training, strengthen the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship;(4) attach importance to the construction of teaching staff, improve the level of professional teaching.
