摘要
以中新天津生态城中部片区雨水泵站工程为实例研究对象,借助Ansys有限元数值模拟软件建立三维数模,对流量为300 m3/s、150 m3/s和90 m3/s等三组工况下混流泵叶轮的应力、应变分布规律进行了系统研究,并对工程存在的隐患及机理进行了分析,为天津市中部雨水泵站混流泵设计合理性提供建议。
In this paper,taking the engineering case of mixed flow pump of Tianjin central rainwater pump station as an example,with the help of ANSYS finite element numerical simulation software we established three-dimensional mathematical model,systematically studied the stress and strain distribution rule in three sets of conditions when the flow was 300 m3/s,150 m3/s and 90 m3/s respectively.The hidden danger and mechanism of the example project are analyzed.It provides suggestions for the design of mixed flow pump of Tianjin central rainwater pump station.
