阳和汤对晚期乳腺癌免疫微环境的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的中药在治疗恶性肿瘤方面发挥了重要作用。本文观察阳和汤治疗对晚期乳腺癌患者免疫相关细胞及癌因性疲劳的影响。方法本文纳入经病理学确诊为乳腺癌晚期的临床分期为Ⅳ期患者22例。患者接受阳和汤标准剂量治疗,每天1剂,一共服用10天,21天为一疗程,两个疗程间断的时间间隔不得超过两周,持续服药至疾病进展状态或不可耐受毒副反应出现。治疗周期为4~6个月。患者在阳和汤治疗前后,抽血检验免疫微环境指标,且患者自评疲劳状况。结果阳和汤使晚期乳腺癌患者NK细胞、B淋巴细胞显著上升,且对乳腺癌癌症相关性疲劳有显著疗效。结论阳和汤提高肿瘤免疫微环境,且降低癌症性疲劳,进而改善癌症患者的生活质量。 Objective Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumors.This articleobserved the effect of Yanghe Decoction on immune-related cells and cancer-induced fatigue in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods 22 patients with stage IV breast cancer was confirmed by pathology.The patients received a standard dose of Yanghe decoction,one dose per day,a total of 10 days,21 days as a course of treatment.The interval between two courses of treatment should not exceed two weeks,the patients continued to take the drug to disease progression or intolerable toxic side effects.The treatment period was 4-6 months.Before and after the treatment of Yanghe decoction,the patients were tested for immune microenvironmental indicators,and the patients self-assessed the fatigue status.Result Yanghe decoction significantly increased NK cells and B lymphocytes in patients with advanced breast cancer,and has a significant effect on breast cancer-related fatigue.Conclusion Yanghe decoction improves the tumor immune microenvironment and reduces cancer-induced fatigue,thereby improves the quality of life of cancer patients.
