肠系膜间质瘤感染致小肠穿孔并细菌性肝脓肿1例

Small intestinal perforation complicating by bacterial liver abscess caused by mesenteric stromal tumor infection:a case report

胃肠道外间质瘤(extragastrointestinal stromal tumors,EGISTs)在临床中较少见,因其临床表现不典型,导致其早期诊断困难。查阅文献,目前鲜见文献报道肠系膜间质瘤感染继发肝脓肿的病例。今年本院收治1例肠系膜间质瘤感染致小肠穿孔继发细菌性肝脓肿患者,现报道如下。

Extragastrointestinal stromal tumors are rare in clinical practice.It’s difficult to diagnose at early sage because their early symptoms are not obvious.We refer to previous literatures,mesenteric stromal tumor infection complicating by secondary liver abscess has rarely been reported.Our department treated a case of small intestinal perforation complicating by bacterial liver abscess caused by mesenteric stromal tumor infection this year,we herein reported as follows.
