复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效分析

Effect analysis of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷对过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将选取的64例首次诊断为过敏性紫癜的患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(33例)。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,两组均治疗2周,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗的总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的72.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗过敏性紫癜具有显著的效果,且安全性较高,副作用少。

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin for anaphylactoid purpura.Methods The selected 64 cases of patients with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(33 cases).The patients in the control group received basic treatment,and the observation group received the compound glycyrrhizin injection treatment based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Result The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significant higher than that of the control group(93.5%vs.72.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin has good effect in treating anaphylactoid purpura,which has a high security and minimal side effects.
