麻醉恢复期低体温现状及相关因素分析

Analysis of current status and related factors of hypothermia during the anesthesia recovery period

目的了解麻醉恢复期患者低体温的发生率,分析影响低体温发生的原因,为预防低体温的发生提供一定的参考依据。方法选取2018年110月在本院麻醉科术后进入麻醉恢复室的患者500例。收集患者的年龄、性别、体质量指数、麻醉时间、手术时间、输液量、是否输血等资料信息。结果500例研究对象中,年龄(58.32±5.89)岁,有49人出现了低体温,占9.8%。通过多因素logistic回归发现年龄、手术时间、输液量和体质量指数等指标对低体温的发生有影响。结论麻醉恢复期患者低体温的发生仍然处于较高的水平,在手术过程中要注意患者温度保护,降低低体温风险的发生。

Objective To understand the incidence of hypothermia in patients during the anesthesia recovery period,analyze the causes of hypothermia,and provide a reference for preventing the occurrence of hypothermia.Methods 500 patients who entered the anesthesia recovery room after operation were selected from our hospital from January to October 2018.We collected information such as age,sex,body mass index,anesthesia time,operation time,infusion volume,and blood transfusion.Results Among the 500 subjects,the mean age was(58.32±5.89)years old,and there were 49 cases of hypothermia,accounting for 9.8%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,operative time,infusion volume,and body mass index had an effect on the occurrence of hypothermia.Conclusion The hypothermia of patients during the anesthesia recovery period is still at a high level.During the operation,attention should be paid to the patients'temperature protection to reduce the risk of hypothermia.
