胎儿轻度侧脑室增宽的超声诊断及临床意义分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声产前胎儿诊断胎儿轻度侧脑室增宽的结果与临床意义.方法选取接受产期超声检查的48例胎儿轻度侧脑室增宽的孕妇作为研究组,另选取同期接受产期超声检查的正常胎儿孕妇48例作为对照组.比较两组孕妇不同孕周时胎儿侧脑室宽度及围生结局、新生儿发育状况.结果研究组孕20~24周、孕28~30周、孕32~35周时胎儿侧脑室宽度分别为(12.05±1.20)、(10.43±1.56)、(9.51±1.05)mm,均明显宽于对照组的(3.56±2.16)、(3.69±1.56)、(3.89±1.43)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组的分娩率为100.00%,研究组的分娩率为81.25%,研究组的分娩率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组新生儿均发育正常,研究组中7例新生儿发育异常;研究组新生儿发育异常率17.95%(7/39)高于对照组的0(0/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超声是产前检查胎儿轻度侧脑室增宽的有效手段,能为孕期保健提供有力依据,有临床推广应用价值.
