探讨黄连温胆汤加减治疗糖尿病合并痰热扰心型不寐病的临床疗效

Discussion on clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type

目的探讨黄连温胆汤加减治疗糖尿病合并痰热扰心型不寐病的临床疗效.方法100例糖尿病合并痰热扰心型不寐病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组患者常规应用原降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖并加用安定片治疗,观察组患者应用原降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖联合黄连温胆汤加减治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG).结果观察组总有效率为86.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组FBG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,两组FBG均较治疗前降低,且观察组(6.48±5.52)mmol/L低于对照组的(9.12±4.26)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论黄连温胆汤加减治疗糖尿病合并痰热扰心型不寐病临床效果显著,能有效控制血糖,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type.Methods A total of 100 cases of diabetes mellitus with insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to control blood glucose and diazepam,and the observation group received conventional hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to control blood glucose and addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan decoction.The clinical efficacy and fasting blood glucose(FBG)before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 68.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FBG between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FBG in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the observation group(6.48±5.52)mmol/L was lower than(9.12±4.26)mmol/L in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan decoction shows significant effect for the treatment of diabetes mellitus with insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing heart type,and it can effectively control blood glucose and improve quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
