孕期营养评价及干预措施对妊娠糖尿病结局的影响

The effect of nutritional evaluation and intervention during pregnancy on the outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的对孕期营养评价及干预措施在妊娠糖尿病结局中产生的影响进行分析.方法68例妊娠糖尿病产妇作为研究对象,根据随机分组法分为对照组与实验组,每组34例.对照组予以常规营养指导,实验组予以孕期营养评价及干预措施.比较两组产妇干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及不良妊娠结局发生情况.结果实验组产妇干预后的空腹血糖(4.11±0.30)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.11±0.44)mmol/L及糖化血红蛋白(5.10±0.39)%均低于对照组的(4.58±0.37)mmol/L、(7.12±0.59)mmol/L、(5.78±0.42)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组的不良妊娠结局发生率为8.82%,低于对照组的44.12%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论孕期营养评价及干预措施在妊娠糖尿病中有着重要的应用价值,不仅能够将产妇的血糖水平控制在正常范围内,更能降低不良妊娠结局的发生几率,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional evaluation and intervention during pregnancy on the outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 68 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level after intervention and occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level were(4.11±0.30)mmol/L,(6.11±0.44)mmol/L and(5.10±0.39)% in the experimental group,which was lower than(4.58±0.37)mmol/L,(7.12±0.59)mmol/L and(5.78±0.42)% in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 8.82% in the experimental group,which was lower than 44.12% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional evaluation and intervention during pregnancy has great application value in gestational diabetes mellitus,and it can not only control the blood glucose level in the normal range,but also reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worth promoting.
