高校新型智库和文科综合性学报协同发展探析 被引量:1

摘要 同能有效促进各自的发展,有利于知识的创新、成果的传播和人才队伍的建设;能产生良好的社会效益,有利于学术的繁荣,二轨外交作用的发挥和政策的制定与执行;二者在知识生产和传播以及人才队伍建设方面协同发展的路径主要有:相互借鉴研究方向和内容,扩大特定受众面,共享专家资源,采用“旋转门”人才流通机制等。 The close symbiotic relationship between new think tanks and comprehensive journals of liberal arts in collges and universities is the basis of their coordinated development.The coordinated development of the two can effectively promote their respective development,and is conducive to the innovation of each other's knowledge,the dissemination of achievements and the construction of talent team.It can produce good social benefits,is conducive to the prosperity of academic,the play of the role of the second track diplomacy and the formulation and implementation of policies.The collaborative path of knowledge production,communication and talent team building is operable,which can be realized by learning from each other's research direction and content,expanding specific audience,sharing expert resources,and adopting"revolving door"talent circulation mechanism.
