摘要
通过调研国内首个大型水电EPC项目人力资源管理,运用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,阐述项目工作环境、激励措施、员工工作投入、胜任能力和工作绩效现状,分析工作绩效影响机理,并相应提出EPC项目人力资源管理的建议。
By investigating the human resource management of the first large-scale hydropower EPC project in China,this paper expounds the work environment,use of incentives,human resources’competencies,and the employees’devotion and job performance,together with the influential relationships among these factors by combining quantitative and qualitative analysist,analyzes the impact mechanism of work performance,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for human resource management of EPC project.
