摘要
利用系统动力学确定装配式住宅项目建造成本的主要影响因素。分析筛选的成本影响因素之间的因果逻辑关系,量化变量建立变量方程,构建装配式建筑成本控制的系统动力学模型。最后结合仿真分析为降低装配式建筑成本提出合理建议。
This paper uses system dynamics to determine the main influencing factors of prefabricated housing project construction cost;By analyzing and screening the causal logic relationship between the cost influencing factors,quantifies variables,establishes variable equations,and constructs the system dynamics model of prefabricated building cost control.Finally,puts forward some reasonable suggestions to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings.
