摘要
从建筑业采纳和应用BIM技术的必要性的基础上出发,分析BIM技术采纳率低的原因,从技术、组织、经济和环境四方面归纳出影响因素,并结合技术接受模型(TAM)定性分析、构建BIM技术接受模型;最终,针对BIM技术目前的应用情况提出针对性的建议。
Based on the necessity of adopting and applying BIM technology in the construction industry,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low adoption rate of BIM technology and summarizes the influencing factors from the aspects of technology,organization,economy and environment,then combines the technical acceptance model(TAM)qualitatively analyze and build a BIM technology acceptance model.Finally,make specific recommendations for the current application of BIM technology.
