进入人工智能时代,AI技术已经广泛运用于纠纷解决领域,在线纠纷解决机制(ODR)的广泛发展、我国智慧法院以及各种法院为主导的智能纠纷解决平台的建设都显示了其对多元纠纷解决机制发展所发挥的巨大影响。将人工智能应用于多元纠纷解决机制具有推进国家治理体系的现代化、缓解人才缺失困境、促进多元纠纷解决方式对接等重大现实意义,因此,必须构建统一的“人工智能+多元纠纷解决平台”,推动我国多元纠纷解决机制的完善。

In the era of artificial intelligence,AI technology has been widely used in the field of dispute resolution.The extensive development of Online Dispute Resolution Mechanism(ODR)and the construction of intelligent courts and various courts-led intelligent dispute resolution platforms in China have shown its great influence on the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.Applying artificial intelligence to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism is of great practical significance in promoting the modernization of the national governance system,alleviating the plight of the lack of talents,and promoting the docking of multiple dispute resolution methods.Therefore,it is necessary to build a unified"artificial intelligence+alternative dispute resolution platform"to promote the improvement of the multiple dispute resolution mechanism in China.
