学校发展主体观及其实践指向

The View of Main Body of School Development and Its Practical Direction

摘要 素,以主体责任厘定作为学校发展的实践基础。学校发展的主体观建构意味着责任的界定,不仅为评判现实主体提供了新的标准或参照,同时为探讨主体行为改善、实现现实主体向理想主体转化指明了方向。 For constructing the main body view of school development,we should respond to at least two propositions of front-rear progressive relationship,i.e.what the main body of school development is,and how the main body of school development constitute.The above propositions and deep discussion not only make up the lack of domestic research,but also has clear practical direction,which requires holistic thinking and complex thinking as characteristic of school development designing,the construction of the main body relationship as the prerequisite element of school development,the main body's responsibility determining as a practical basis of school development.The construction of the main body view of school development means the definition of the responsibility,which not only provides a new standard or reference for judging the real main body,but also improves the behavior of the main body,and realizes the transformation of the real main body to the ideal main body.
