0~3岁婴幼儿隔代教养的现状及改进建议——以张掖市甘州区为例

摘要 随着中国社会的转型,女性就业压力的增加,大部分家庭开始出现父母为谋生计将孩子交与祖辈抚养。因此,0~3岁儿童的隔代教养已经成为中国家庭教育的一种主要形式。本研究以张掖市甘州区为例,选取100名0~3岁婴幼儿祖辈家长作为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查和深入访谈,对隔代教养现状进行分析,并且针对问题提出相关解决对策,促进儿童健康快乐地成长。 With the transformation of Chinese society,female employment pressure increases,and most families begin to have their children raised by their grandparents in order to earn a living.Therefore,the intergenerational upbringing of children aged 0~3 years old has become a main form of family education in China.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,the grandparents of 100 infants and young children aged 0 to 3 years old in Ganzhou district Zhangye are selected as main research object to analyze the present situation of the intergenerational upbringing and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy and happy growth of children.
