癌痛膏联合揿针治理对中重度癌性疼痛的疗效研究

Application of cancer pain cream combined with sputum in patiens with moderate to severe cancer pain

目的:评价癌痛膏联合揿针对中重度癌性疼痛治疗疗效及不良反应发生率。方法:将本院于2018年1月至2019年6月期间收治的中重度癌痛患者为研究对象,共90例,采用随机数字法,将患者分为对照组及实验组。对照组给予三阶梯止痛法治疗,实验组在三阶梯止痛法基础上给予癌痛膏联合揿针治理。对治疗2疗程后两组的疼痛改善及毒副反应进行比较。结果:实验组治疗后10 d疼痛评分、疼痛缓解程度、生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后恶心呕吐、乏力及便秘等不良反应少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癌痛膏联合揿针治疗能明显改善患者的癌性疼痛,同时减轻恶心呕吐、乏力及便秘等不良反应发生率。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of cancer pain cream combined with sputum in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods:A total of 90 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with three step analgesic therapy,and the experimental group was given a cancer pain cream combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the three step analgesic method.The pain improvement and toxic side effects of the two groups were compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results:The pain score,pain relief,and quality of life were superior to the control group 10 days after treatment in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant.The number of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,fatigue and constipation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Cancer pain cream combined with sputum acupuncture treatment can significantly alleviate cancer pain in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,fatigue and constipation.
